Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients

  • 400g cooked black beans, drained
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • ¾ cup raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup gluten-free flour
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup water

Method

Preheat oven to 180C.
Blend all ingredients together. Pour batter into a greased 20cm x 20cm pan and bake for 30-40 minutes. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
